Celebrate Baby (Guest DT)

Who doesn't need a baby shower card? I designed this one just for such an occasion.
Here's how it came out.....

Since we don't always know if it's going to be a boy or a girl, I decided to color the bunny half pink and half blue that way it would be suitable for either :)

I used two digistamp sets from Imagine That Digistamp (if you'd like them too, click the link under the images below):

Baby Blocks

and Little Blessings

*Note: There is also a Baby Bundle set that includes Pregnant Peggy too.. so very cute :)

Baby Bundle

To design this baby shower card, I used the little giraffe/bunny from Little Blessings and the blocks from Baby Blocks. I colored them with Copic Markers on Xpress-It paper. I also used two Spellbinders dies: one for the green background (I'm sorry I couldn't find the name of it... if you know it, feel free to comment) and one for the word "Celebrate" from the Celebra'tions Spellbinders set.

I know you will enjoy designing with these sets as much as I did!

Oooh! Eat Ice Cream (Guest DT)

Well here we are in the midst of a hot summer and ice cream is one of the best reliefs from the hot Texas sun (just about everyday lately... lol).  With that in mind, I designed this ice cream reminder... I say reminder because it is framed in a little frame from Michaels that has a magnet on the back so I can stick it on my fridge as a reminder of how to cool off when I'm feeling the heat.  I know some of you know exactly what I mean :)

Before I show you my design, I'd like to send a special thanks to Imagine That Digistamp - Kristy Breach for her wonderful ice cream treats FREEBIE :)

Ok, I made you wait long enough... enjoy!!!!

If you just fall in love with ice cream like I do and you want more ice cream, check out the complete sets below and then click the link :)

Note: You can even build your own cone :) I just love it!

Guest DT: Backyard Fun....

Hey!  Who's up for some backyard fun?  Count me in... I love to swim :)
Look at this cutie who loves to swim too....

I used the following digistamp from Imagine That Digistamps "Pool Girl":

** To design my Backyard Fun card, I used the following additional items:  Paper House Productions 12x12 beach paper and glossy effects (glossy effects makes it look like there is water in the pool, hard to see in the photo but try it, I know you'll like it).

Hi Friends,
I thought since you liked the Hogs & Kisses post yesterday that you might like to see what I created today :) I found the cutest little pig to use when you've missed a celebration at.... yep, you guessed it, one of my favorite shops... Imagine That Digistamps :)
Here is the card I designed for just such an occasion (as we all miss a celebration now and then accidentally of course LOL):

Here's the digistamp I used for the above image with a link to the shop below it:

** Additional items used Prima-Hello Pastel 6x6 paper pack, Forever in Time Glitter foil silhouette stickers by Paper Craft Collection and glossy accents (they were put on the mud and water to make them look wet - hard to see in pic but try it... it's really cute!).

Live life like a mermaid.... (Guest DT)

Hello Everyone,
I've been working on a project I want to share with you.  I fell in love with the mermaid images from Imagine That Digistamps and wanted to design something with them.   Then I saw all the under the sea images as well and I was totally inspired to design an underwater scene... here is what I created using 3 different Imagine That digistamp sets:

Don't you just love it?!  I'm very happy with how it come out :)
Ok.... so I know you are asking yourself... how did she do that?  LOL  Well, first I chose the digi's I wanted to include in the scene... mermaids, fish, coral, an octopus, and that cute little sea horse.  Then I arranged them on the computer into the design you see above.  Once I had the design ready, I chose the saying that worked best with this scene... "Live life like a mermaid.... so deep that it takes your breath away".  Next, I printed the design on Xpress-It paper so I could color them with Copics.

** I used the following additional items to frame/bling it up... Adhesive borders by Duck Tape Accents, Spare Parts-Knick Kacks: Goldfish and Stampin Up card stock.

Here are the Imagine That Digistamp sets I used (below them you can find the link where you can get them and create your own underwater scene):

Soldier Sara & Sam

Colored these adorable images from Imagine That! Digistamp. My son left for Air Force basic training on Tuesday Jun 21st and I colored these images to send to him. I used Copics to color them. I hope you like them as much as I liked coloring them :)

These images can be purchased at Imagine That! Digistamps:

Guest DT: Mason's Mp3 Card

Hello!  Here is my first creation/card as a Guest DT for Imagine That Digistamps :)

I used Mason's Mp3 image at Imagine That! Digistamps...

I colored this image and the Rock Star saying with Copic Markers.  The blue foil that mats the colored images is  from The Cardstock Stack - Foiled by DCWV, the background chevron paper came from Maggie C Holmes - Crate Paper 6x6 pad, and the little bling stars are from Queen & Co.
I hope you like it as much as I liked creating it.
