May Chibi New Release

Hello! 

Today is New Release day at Stampers Delights

I created this card using the mermaids from the Chibi New Release. 

Here is my card...

I started by printing this image on Xpress-it paper and colored it up with Copic markers.  I chose a white card base, added a black border and a blue mat behind. Lastly, I added a few little blings.
